Inquiries & Communication

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. All projects are confirmed only after mutual agreement on scope, dates, and terms.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, and creative works produced by Tomesh Shimpi Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the delivered media for personal purposes.

Portfolio Usage

By engaging our services, clients grant Tomesh Shimpi Studio the right to use select images from their event for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes, unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver the highest quality work, Tomesh Shimpi Studio shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, natural disasters, or venue restrictions.
